How do I reach support?
Email support@logoanimator.app and describe what you're trying to do — include your account email and, if it's a rendering issue, the logo file that's causing trouble. We read every message.
What file formats can I upload?
PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF or SVG. Raster images are sampled straight to the dot grid; SVGs are rasterized first at high resolution so even tiny vector marks come out crisp.
What can I export to?
Every plan can export an animated SVG (SMIL). Pro and Studio also unlock CSS-animated SVG, GIF, MP4, WebM, Lottie and PNG.
What's the difference between Free, Pro and Studio?
Free gives you 8 curated animations (of 30 total), densities up to 40 dots, SVG (SMIL) export with a small watermark, and 2 saved projects — free forever, no signup needed to try it. Pro ($5/mo, or a $29 lifetime option) unlocks every animation, densities up to 96 dots, every export format, no watermark, and a commercial-use license. How do the animations work?
Your logo is sampled onto a grid of dots in the browser, then each dot is animated on a per-dot delay and easing curve — the built-in animations (ring reveals, sweeps, twinkles, and more) all run client-side and export as a self-contained animated SVG.
Is my logo uploaded to a server?
No. Your logo never leaves your machine — it's rasterized and sampled entirely in your browser, and exports are generated locally too.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time from your account settings in the editor. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. If you'd rather we do it for you, email support@logoanimator.app.
