For email signatures

Animated logo email signature

How do I add an animated logo to my email signature?

Upload your logo to LogoAnimator, pick a motion, and use the email-signature preset: a 320×320 looping GIF that sits beside your name and title. Host it and reference it with an image tag in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Email-signature export is a Pro ($5/month) feature, watermark-free with a commercial-use license.

Every email you send is an impression. Add a small animated loop of your logo next to your name and title — a detail that stands out in a plain-text inbox.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload your logo

Drop in a PNG or SVG. LogoAnimator samples it into a dot-matrix model right in the browser.

  2. 02

    Pick a motion

Subtle, short loops read best at signature size — a wave or shimmer keeps it professional.

  3. 03

    Export the loop

Use the “Email signature” preset in the export panel: a 320×320 GIF loop, ready to host and embed.

Add it in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail

  1. Host the GIF. Upload the exported loop somewhere with a public URL you control — your website, a CDN, or a file host. Signatures reference the image by URL, so it must stay online.
  2. Open your signature settings. Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature. Outlook (web and new Outlook): Settings → Account → Signatures. Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures, then pick the account.
  3. Insert the image. In Gmail, use the Insert image button and paste the GIF’s web address. In Outlook, insert the image into the signature editor (or paste it from a page that shows it). In Apple Mail, drag the GIF into the signature box. Save, then send yourself a test email.

Frequently asked

GIF or static fallback?
Use the GIF — it is its own fallback. Gmail, Apple Mail, and Outlook on the web, Mac and mobile play the loop; some Outlook desktop versions on Windows show only the GIF's first frame. So pick a motion whose first frame already shows your whole logo, and every recipient sees a clean mark — animated where the client allows it, static where it doesn't. There is no separate static image to maintain.

Free vs Pro

Email signature export is a Pro feature: a 320×320 animated GIF loop, watermark-free. The SVG-based presets — README embeds, spinners, and favicons — stay free with a watermark.

Bring your logo to life

It takes about ten seconds. Upload a logo and pick an animation.

Animate your logo

Most email clients strip inline GIF data from attachments — host the downloaded file somewhere you control and reference it with an <img src> in your signature block.
